In this conclusive master degree project the technological scheme of vacuum distilation and the calculations of technological, economical units are made. The technological range use 50 tons of supercritical CO2 extract of Cannabis sativa, getting better concentrate of active components in product. In this project information about Cannabis Sativa, its growing, its conversion and its applications are produced. Methodology of laboratory experiments and rezults are described. Based on laboratory researches the technological process was choosen. Main equipment, the technological scheme, which carry out active components from supercritical CO2 extract of Cannabis Sativa are calculated. The worplace safety, environmental protection and economical calculations, which prove the efficiency of technology, are made. |
