Abstract [eng] Protection circuit of receiver amplifier of an ultrasound system working in pulse-echo mode must protect the amplifier from overload and cause the least possible impact on the received signal and minimal strain on the transmitter. The transmission frequency response, recovery time and input impedance depends on the circuit topology. The parameters of all protective circuit topologies must be seen holistically. The analysis of scientific-technical literature review identified key topologies. Suggested parameters of the study and evaluation methodology, study and complex comparison topologies.
