Abstract [eng] The final work studied automobile metalworkers’ workload, work postures effect on back electrical Activity and Made Its assessment. The questionnaire survey showed that automobile metalworkers standing with the stretch back spend more than 60٪ of working time. This work in a standing position causes different suffers. They spend 21-30٪ of working time standing in a bending position. This position is also exhausting. It was found that the greatest tiredness is felt in the back - 33 ٪ Tiredness is particularly felt in the area of the back when a person is a bent position, it pointed out that 29٪ of automobile metalworkers, 26 ٪ said that they feel tiredness in bending position while lifting a heavy object. Since most suffer from the back pain, it was decided to carry out further work operations research. Employee complaints referred to the questionnaire was confirmed in an ergonomic assessment RULA method. The use of instrumental analysis method electromyography was established automobile metalworkers’ back muscle activity when workers are in standing up and bent position.
