Consumers‘ positive approach to environmental protection is directly related to the terms of the clothing disposal and helps to develop eco-conscious behavior. That influence the choice of textile products which can be re-used or recycled. In order, that this would become a natural behavior, it is necessary to provide the knowledge and express concern about the environment by using consumers‘ motivators to increase popularity of eco-clothing product. This paper studies helped to identify the factors that determine the choice of eco-products and helps to obtain eco-conscious behavior. Studies clarified that consumers seeks products that are made form natural fibers and represents a socially responsible business. It was found, that ecology is not the priority in choosing clothing products, but consumers are aware that this is important and usually selects products with labels that encourage environmentally conscious consumption. In order to offer user-friendly eco-raising clothing labelling, that motivates buyers decision to purchase, the products label size, font, shape and visual and/ or text presentation of information was analyzed. This study iliustrates the development process of eco-clothing label, from concept to technical implementation of the decision to propose labelling, which can become significant to consumer responsible behavior. |
