In this paper provides and analyses of the variuous countries of the double counting inceptive for small solar power plants and promotio methods. A short description of the Republic of Lithuania on Renewable Energy Sources Act and its reformary, whitch provide expansion of small power plants with double counting meter systems. Using a small solar power plant and three small energy consumers data in this work to determine the were the correct choice and use of installed generating capacity ratio of small solar power promotion model. |
