In this masters thesis construction of positioning actuators and abilities to improve them using squeeze film effect are researched. Modern positioning systems require high precision and durability actuators. Thesis contains process of designing experimental controlled friction positioning actuator, analysis and results. Conclusions and suggestions are written at the end of work. |
