Abstract [eng] It is already several decades, since the scientists of biotechnology and medicine have been performing various examinations on molecules, protein, DNA plasmid delivery to the tissues and cells. Most of the times, these efforts are put in order to improve the treatment of oncological deseases. One of the possible ways to improve the treatment of malignant tumors is electrosonoporation. It is a joint process, however, there is still a lack of information, that would fully explain its effects on malignant cells. However, several studies have shown that this innovative method is more effective while entering molecules or genes into the cell than doing it by electroporation and sonoporation methods separately [23, 66, 67]. The investigation and simulation which were carried out , showed the dependence of ransmembrane potential on electric rectangular pulse duration, strenght of electric field and the geometric dimensions of the cells. Frequency responce and phasal dependencies of cell and cell organel were examined. Experimental studies were conducted to measure suspension and capacitive impedance of the cell before and after electroporation, sonoporation and electrosonoporation. The influence of capacitance of suspension of impedance change of suspension was evaluated. After the experiment had been carried out, cytometric analysis indicated greater viability of cells and bigger calcein footnote after electrosonoporatio than after electroporation or sonoporation separately.
