Abstract [eng] There are many complex systems in the nature. One of the highest complexity creature is human. The investigation of this kind complex system is and will be the most significant science research object. One of ways to investigate these kind of complex system is to use thermodynamics. Specifically – entropy production, which allows to study macroscopic biological objects. In the universe there is a direct connection between information and entropy. But in human organisms, laws of thermodynamics work a little bit different than in the universe. Due to there is no equipment yet to measure information and entropy in human organism, they have to be identified from other processes which take place in the human body. By investigating human heart electrocardiogram and its‘ interval changes with age, also exploring homeostasis of human, it was observed that at the beginning of life, human has some information and a lot of entropy. But when the human organism grows, entropy gets lower and information level goes higher. Those two parameters does not really change through life, but before death, entropy suddenly starts to grow and returns to its previous level.
