Abstract [eng] |
The object of this research work is the process of installing driven piles which are used in building foundation. During this work some research and experimental work has been done in effort to assure efficiency in mentioned process. An experimental setup was made which lets to measure vibration frequency, velocity, acceleration and reached depth. Efficiency assurance methods are analyzed in scientific papers. Some similar systems and commercial products are described and introduced with their functionality and characteristics. The results of analysis - parameters of driven piles process installation which describes its efficiency, are provided in end of a first section. Description of system structure which will let to assure process efficiency, based on previous section results are provided in second section. Description of experimental setup which lets to collect and process data are provided with details of structure and components. In described system accelerometer and distance sensors are used, data are collected with microcontroller and sent to computer. Further in this section are provided detailed algorithms with explanations on how system works. In third section used method to determine frequency of vibration and double integration method to determine distance from acceleration are described. In fourth section the results and problems which were met during experimental research work are described. The solution for mentioned problems are also provided. Conclusion about relevance of chosen methods to assure efficiency in driven piles installation process can be found at the end of the paper. |
