There is a lot of attention paid to human health, healthcare, medicine, work of health professionals and their professional education as well as professional development in the modern world. However, individual and collective learning of medicine doctors, as an organisational learning, is especially important taking into account competent reaction to more and more complex challenges, but is still on the margin. Doctors in their duties undergo continuous development, but the question is: is it realised by individual or rather collective development? To what extent is their development related with organisational learning, that is the learning, whose result is constant development of organizational knowledge of healthcare institution? These questions reflect the problem of the research. That is why, this Master’s thesis aims at answering the above mentioned questions. |
