Abstract [eng] The role of trust has been studied and discussed in different contexts for many years. Most of the attention was given for the trust between people, but now you can find more and more discussions about trust between organizations and it has often been argued that trust is essential for successful cooperation and effectiveness in organizations. The main aims of this work is to explain the concept and importance of trust for business organizations, in addition, to determine how organizations may gain other organization‘s trust over time and what are the main factors influencing business partner’s trust. The main problem is to find out, how could it be possible to increase the trust among organizations in Lithuania.
