Abstract [eng] |
A social dialogue between the leadership and employees in order to guarantee expectations and needs expressed by employees would develop in a notably complicated manner naturally in organizations, and it would be difficult to find a solution satisfying both parties. Therefore, a social dialogue between the leadership and employees of a company is legally regulated which in turn causes fierce discussions how to find a model of optimal regulation acceptable to both parties. An employee’s interests could especially suffer as an employer and an employee are not usually equivalent negotiators in work relations, i.e. an employer steadily has more powerful initial positions; hence, employees’ rights must be defended using additional legal protectors. . |
