Abstract [eng] |
In the following master‘s work was dealt with UAB „Magneta Logistics” relevant practical problem. The company has two different departments (sales and forwarding), which create the most value, but compete and conflict among themselves. Since the efficiency depends on the cooperation of two mentioned departments, the company‘s applied remuneration system based on individual performance is not effective. The main problematic issue of the work is: How to create motivating and effective team reward system? Aim of the work: to identify group – based reward system development capabilities at UAB „Magneta Logistics“. Object: group – based motivating reward system at UAB „Magneta Logistics“. Goals: 1. To explore the theoretical approaches of the development of the group-based reward system. 2. To prepare study methodology for group – based reward system development capabilities as well as carry out empirical research at UAB „Magneta Logistics“. 3. To offer efficient solutions of group – based reward system development at UAB „Magneta Logistics“. |
