| Abstract [eng] |
This Master's Thesis deals with the possible types of the social housing, the principles of its designing and its actual problems. Final work consists of three stages and generalization of the whole project and is presented in both textual and graphic forms. The first stage is formed from the analysis of theoretical sources, as well as of Lithuanian and foreign countries experience in the social housing planning and primary solutions of the main problems, presented in the form of hypothetical model. The second stage consists of sociological (society and experts) and empirical studies. The results of these studies are submited as conceptual model of social housing projecting. Based on the conceptual model the experimental social housing project is made in the third stage. Finally the overall conclusions of the master‘s thesis are presented after summarizing all the master‘s thesis information, analysis and the results. |
