Abstract [eng] |
The master thesis presents development and implementation of intellectual home environment application layer security system. Object of the work – intellectual home environment and its application layer security system. Method of the work – intellect of system entities is implemented using fuzzy logic and modified Wang and Mendel fuzzy rule generation method. Results are presented by comparing performance of intellectual home environment model vs. the same model with security system. Key characteristics used in comparison are rule count and ability to adjust itself to match the changing user behavior. The results of the work. The concept of intellect in such system is defined by analyzing similar research documents. Intellectual home environment model is implemented using fuzzy logic. Machine learning when using fuzzy logic is implemented using modified Wang and Mendel method. This method is enhanced by adding rule memorization coefficient. The worst system performance was achieved when not using security system. Large amount of new and old (deprecated) rules were generated which resulted in system actions being incorrect and failure to adapt to changing user behavior. System results were better after adding the security system. There were less rules and only actually important and used rules were kept in the memory. System ability to adapt to changing user behavior depends on periodically performed actions and importance of these actions to the system. |
