Abstract [eng] Work subject – internal communication in food industry enterprise. The aim – to prepare a project for the improvement of internal communication management in food industry enterprise. • exploratory testing revealed the following interferences within food industry enterprise: frequent excess of information; insufficient attention to the requirements of inferior workers; information reaches the lowest level rarefied thus, it is insufficient; troubles and problematic issues delivered with emotional charge; rating the value of workers is not always associated with their efforts; too much information reaches the employees on a talk level; too frequent requirements associated with required reports from workers about work implemented; employers avoid direct discuss with employees and did not like to acknowledge their professional success. • certain interferences that might be minimized or withdraw were identified during the study within the focus group: the main interference was associated with selection of communication channel (communication in written form); transfer/receive of the information, communication effectiveness within context of aims and goals, personal communicational skills should be improved. • One hundred and forty six respondents were involved in a questionnaire assay. From the results obtained the following interferences in vertical communication were identified: indirect way of getting information (mutilated information); communication measures based on information technologies (IT) are non-effective, they are insufficiently used therefore, are less effective; general interferences in vertical communication were detected (lack of feedback); disturbances in communication among different hierarchic structures (misunderstanding, miscommunication, deficiency in collective work).
