Abstract [eng] The main goal of the final project is to investigate and compare more energy efficient or energy consumption of an underground residential house with a usual case (above ground building). Three modeling variants were performed: an above-ground building, a semi-submerged building and a building completely in the ground. In the modeling of the Ansys program, the environmental conditions for the respective month were selected and the cross-sectional heat flow distribution was estimated. When creating the model, the NRGpro program modeled A + utility class buildings in all three cases. After selecting the same engineering systems and the materiality of the building, heating and cooling costs were found. Studies have shown that external factors such as wind direction and speed, outdoor and ground temperature have had a significant impact on the internal temperature stability of a building. The results obtained show that the heating and cooling costs are higher for the above-ground building compared to the acquired buildings. The results of the models show that reducing the costs of heating and cooling and CO2 emissions for the operation of the building also contribute to the reduction of global warming and further research on this relevant topic.
