The aim of the final work is to analyze the possibilities of using the data of building information modeling in Lithuania to determine the estimated price of construction. Targets to achieve the goal are to analyze the methods used in the selected foreign country to determine the price calculation, using the data of the building information model. To carry out a practical experimental study according to the applied methods, to try to apply those methods in Lithuania and to determine the possibilities of using the data. The work consists of three parts. The first part analyzes the 5D BIM dimension and the features of its implementation in Lithuania and in the world. The second part analyzes the methods used in Norway and a practical experimental study in Norway. Possibilities of price calculation in Lithuania are determined by conducting a practical experimental research according to the methods applied in Norway. The third part compares the results. Conclusions and recommendations are presented. |
