The results of the empirical study suggest that the components of job quality and employee wellbeing are linked by moderate correlations. The strongest correlation among the moderate strength was found between work intensity and health dimensions, weak correlations were discovered between physical work environment and support, as well as work satisfaction variables, or between perspectives (job insecurity) and managerial support dimensions. The study also revealed that despite the links between components being analysed, a significant part of the variables is however related by insignificant correlations. This outcome emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to both components analysed. |
