The main results of the research. It was found that managers of educational institutions have a higher-than-average level of affective organizational commitment. The most significant form of reward for managers of educational institutions, affecting all dimensions of organizational commitment, is the content of the work. The impact of learning and development on the affective organizational commitment of managers of educational institutions was also identified. The results of the empirical study did not reveal a significant impact of financial reward on any form of organizational commitment, thus confirming the findings of some previous researchers who revealed a higher importance of non-financial forms of reward in the public sector. |
