The public service is important to develop and implement an appropriate incentive system. Civil servants from the motivation of their work depends on the results of the execution of the tasks assigned to them the quality of the overall goals of the organization and implementation of the image of the society. Recently noted that the statutory public service, particularly firefighting service, motivational mechanism is not continuous and developed process. The main motivation factors, such as a financial reward for their work, career opportunities, training, safe working environment for all the work required or appointment needs - basic motivation problematic aspects of firefighting service, so these institutions a priority objective should be to create a proper system of motivational mechanism. Master's thesis aims to analyze and evaluate Gargždai firefighting service by the motivational system and taking into account the results, make suggestions for its improvement. After motivational system and the motivational factors of the theoretical analysis showed that motivation models highlights the separate groups of motivating factors, but the lack of a model that could link the various motivational factors. The evaluation Gargždai Firefighting Service applies motivational system, it can be noted that it is subject to a variety of motivating factors, but in some cases they did not sufficiently meet the expectations of officials. Conducted a questionnaire survey revealed that the fire and rescue service Gargždai implemented motivation system improvements are needed: more effective implementation of existing motivational factors and the introduction of new incentives. . |
