| Abstract [eng] |
The first part of the Master’s thesis aims to reveal in depth the reasons and conditions of corruption and to search for the best corruption elimination ways. The second part seeks to disclose legal preventive measures. The third part assesses the measures which help to ensure transparent work of traffic police officers. In the fourth part the quantitative and qualitative analysis is performed by applying the content analysis method. The attention paid by two biggest Lithuanian daily newspapers to corruption in the police activity, in the traffic police and to anti-corruption topic is compared. . |
