Abstract [eng] Oral hygiene of society is national wealth and fund, which must be cherished and protected by the state ensuring country‘s social and economic development.Improvement quality of dental servicesis the task of every state‘s system and medical assistance. Patients are not satisfied with The quality of the services provided by the Department of Odontology of the public enterprise Kaunas ‘Dainava’ clinic. Object of the work. The quality of the odontology services. The aim of the work. Investigate the quality of the services provided by the Department of Odontology of the public enterprise Kaunas ‘Dainava’ clinic and prepare the plan for their improvement . The tasks: 1. Analyze conception and qualification of the quality of the public health care odontology services. 2. Investigate provision of odontology services in Lithuania. 3. Discuss juridical regulation of the quality of odontology services. 4. Investigate the quality of the odontology services provided by the Department of Odontology of the public enterprise Kaunas ‘Dainava’ clinic and directions for improvement. The methods of final work: Analysis of scientific literature and legal documents, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis of data. The work consists of three sections: In the first section are analyzed problems related with concepts of service and quality, the quality of the services, models of quality, assessment criteria from the consumer‘s viewpoint. In the second - analyzed pecularities of odontology services quality, legal regulation. In the third – research methodology, organization and results.
