Abstract [eng] |
Development and investigation of urea synthesis column control system is described in this thesis. Literature analysis of urea production, synthesis section and review of chemical processes control systems model’s creation methodology was performed. Results of urea synthesis column experimental investigation was published and used for identification of transfer functions, which represent dynamics of process model. Feedforward/feedback and cascade structure control systems for urea synthesis column control were created, Kappa-Tau and Cohen-Coon rules used for PID tuning. In order to compensate non-linearity of controlled object, adaptive control, gain scheduling technique was introduced. Identification of transfer functions was performed on Matlab application using “Chemotaxis” optimization method which is based on random search. Feedforward/feedback and cascade structure urea synthesis control system models have been created and investigated on Simulink. By the analysis of investigation results the conclusions were formed. |
