Abstract [eng] |
A review of the literature on energy harvesters using mechanical ambient energy was performed. Conceptual energy harvester model using PVDF bimorph films as electricity generating elements was developed. Dynamic analysis of the generator was performed by evaluating the acting forces. The dynamics are described by differential equations, which are solved in Matlab using the Rung and Kut method. Experimental determination of impact contact damping and stiffness was performed. The generator is optimized to operate at 40 Hz shock excitation. The time dependence of the output power and voltage was determined. The conclusions of the work was presented. |
