The aim of this project is to study the properties of autoclaved aerated concrete when using autoclaved aerated concrete production waste and to modernize the technological line for the production of gas silicate blocks, with the aim to return the hardened gas silicate waste generated during the production process back to production. The project presents the results of research work, performed technological calculations, assessed the safety and health of workers, occupational risk factors and fire safety. Also, financialeconomic calculations, calculation of the cost of the produced product, analysis of the innovation development environment, financial-economic indicators of the project, payback time of the investment were performed. Harmful substances formed during production, their reduction and elimination were evaluated. In the scientific part, in accordance with the requirements of the standard of gas silicate blocks research was carried out in order to determine the properties of the produced blocks, according to which the technological parameters of production and appropriate equipment were selected. The graphic part contains: the general plan of the plot, the technological scheme and the crosssection of the technological line. |
