Abstract [eng] In this article the authors are analysing the application of NuServ model for the process of innovative service development. Having analysed the mechanism of the internal innovative development process and factors that determine this process it was established that innovative activity should be described as a complex process which comprises the creation of novelty, its distribution and use. Innovative activity is often a complex dynamic system; its efficiency depends mostly on internal mechanism of innovative activity and on the interaction with external environment. Factors of innovation development correlate directly with the project cycle of innovative activity and principally reflect the process of development of innovative product or service. A primary stage of the project cycle of innovative activity is identification of innovation, when the decision about project implementation is made and some plans for the project implementation are prepared. This stage is called fundamental, as it determines the possibilities for implementation of innovative product or service and perspectives for exploitation. After the feasibility of NuServ model for the process of innovative service development has been evaluated it was established that innovation is a process, sustainable current, when an enterprise which develops innovative service must pass particular phases in order to develop the idea, to examine new market and to design the service. Having preliminary calculated necessary costs for service implementation, an enterprise should describe its functionality and should enter the market with a service certain for its guaranteed success. NuServ model for the process of innovative service development perfectly characterises the innovative service; it thoroughly reveals service development in the early stage. [...].
