Abstract [eng] |
The quality of the parts produced often depends on the final positioning accuracy of the servo axes, and the feed rate of the servo axes is often reduced to achieve the required accuracy (thus affecting the efficiency of the machine). Therefore, one of the main qualitative characteristics of servo drives is positioning accuracy, acceleration and maximum speed of movement. The object of research of this project is the servo axes of machines with computer numerical control, and the main goal is to investigate the methods of measuring the positioning accuracy of servo axes. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, experiments with real PRIMA POWER turret punching machine Shear Genius 1530. The first chapter reviews the scientific literature on the types of servo axes, presenting their advantages and disadvantages. The methods for measuring the accuracy / clearance of servo axes reviewed in the second section are applied to PRIMA POWER coordinate stamping machine Shear Genius 1530. In the third chapter, the method of measuring the clearance of the servo axes according to the data of the servo motor is researched. The experiment showed that measuring the clearance of the servo axes based on the servo motor data is a reliable diagnostic tool for determining the clearance of linear servo axes. |
