Concept of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and their relationship are analyzed in the paper. The paper consists of three main parts. In the first part theoretical assumptions are presented. job satisfaction in this paper is perceived as person's emotional reaction towards his job and its different aspects. Organizational commitment here is defined as the emploee's psychological attachment to the organization which has three forms - affective, comtinuance and normative.[...]. |
