| Abstract [eng] |
The impact of some newly produced detergents on the growth of fungi is reviewed in the paper. Five detergents („F18 AIROL“, „FARMOSEPT“, „IPASEPT“, „PESETTI ANTIBACT“ and „IPA 300“) that have recently appeared on the Lithuanian market were selected for experimentation. The following concentrations in a water based solution were found to inhibit the growth of fungi: 0.3 % - „F18 AIROL“, 0.5 % - „FARMOSEPT“, 0.5 % - „IPASEPT“, 0.2 % - „PESETTI ANTIBACT“, and „IPA 300“ was found to inhibit Aspergillus niger, Mucor racemosus, Penicillium verrucosum, Penicillium lavcudulum, Aspergillus camemberti, Penicillium granulatum. The „FARMOSEPT“ (0.5 %) was found to have the biggest fungicidal effect on the growth of fungi A. niger. The results of the study are notable for the prevention of fungi growth in food products. |
