Analysis of situation of social divide between urban and rural populations a gap between quality of life in cities and in villages can be ceen. Although many EU projects have been used to combat this gap, the goal hasn't been fully accomplished yet. En couragement of entrepreneurship demands not just economical knowledge or just computer literacy. The authors consider that the situation calls for the complex integrated educational programs helping the potential entrepreneur to understand the economic processes and advantages of use of information and communication technologies.
