In Chapter 4, process of program implementation to the organization is presented. It is introduced using four main phases: project planning, project execution, project monitoring, and project closeout phases. In the implementation possible risks in the use of the program, tasks needed to be performed within a team to implement the software, and tools for continuous improvement was imposed. Six different conclusions, regarding different fields of the thesis, was developed and formed. It was found out, that current method and existing software does not provides required functionality, comparison of flowcharts represents possibilities of saving time and possibility of working remotely, implementation plan allows to prepare for possible risks of program implementation. |
