During master degree thesis was presented the study of the quality of multi-edition weekly publications and the design of the technological offset printing process. In the research part, analysed articles on the qualitative research of paper and ink, on the forces acting in offset printing machines. ∆E ISO standards were examined. There are presented results of quality investigation of ∆E and raster dot expansion of 100 multi-edition publications. A methodological description of the research was made, the obtained results were presented and conclusions were made. In the part of technological process, presented the operation of offset printing is discussed, the operation scheme of the printing company and the production volume plan are created. The labor intensity required for the production of multi-edition publications is calculated. According to the quantity and dimensions of equipment, a plan of the production workshop is drawn up. Quality control measures are reviewed. In the section of work safety, risk factors have been identified. Vulnerable persons in production have been identified. Risk values were calculated in points. A risk reduction plan has been developed. The financial-economic part indicates the company's sources of financing, calculates the direct and indirect costs of production, the cost of the product. The schedule of the economic break is drawn and the profitability of the company is indicated. The conclusions of the work are presented. |
