Abstract [eng] The concept of entrepreneurial learning is widely discussed in entrepreneurship literature as a significant factor in driving company’s development and growth. The results of previous studies confirm that entrepreneurial learning facilitates the knowledge development process for being effective in managing a new venture, although most of investigations in the field are related to SMEs, making startups not well discovered. The analysis of the empirical research has been performed by applying statistical methods as descriptive statistics, Fisher’s exact tests and Kendal’s tau-b correlation analyses for 28 Lithuanian and 20 Polish startups, which are internationally expanding. The results have revealed that in both samples several entrepreneurial learning processes and dimensions have a positive significant relationship with the meet of growth expectations.
