Successful implementation of CSR is only possible if the employees of the company are aware of this responsibility and trust the organization. On the other hand, employees of a company that successfully implements CSR initiatives are more trustworthy, engaged, and loyal to the company. The purpose of this final project is to reveal the impact of corporate social responsibility on employee organizational trust. |
