Relevance of the topic. The economic situation in Lithuania and around the world is a daily analyzed topic. The economic situation affects the standard of living, the well-being of the country and the speed of industrial development. The economic situation is best reflected by people's incomes, therefore so much attention is paid to them and their inequalities. It is argued that the greater the inequality observed in the income of the population, the greater the proportion of citizens living in or near poverty. Income inequality also affects other factors: migration, education, health, business and so on. Many authors analyze income inequality and its impact in the literature and carry out research, but a unanimous answer has still not been found. Great attention is paid to human expectations and their influence. It is claimed that expectations contribute to the economic prosperity and growth. Everyone's expectations are different, and this influences on the citizen's actions, choices that affect his or her personal finances, and the amount of income. Existing inequalities in people's expectations also lead to inequalities in income. It can be argued that expectations are one of the major dualist groups that directly affect human income, income inequality across the country, and the impact of income inequality on economic growth. |
