beneficial modifications of 2-substituted thiazoles by incorporating different functional groups into the structure such as carboxyl, chloromethyl, (phenylamino)methyl, ethoxyoxoethyl, which determine a certain chemical reactions of the compound was developed. All the synthesized compounds were tested for their in vitro antimicrobial and antifungal activity. |
