Abstract [eng] The final Master‘s thesis theme – “Receipt of the calcium phosphate technology”. This work was to test a new raw material in the production of monocalcium phosphate, change the settled the raw material as lime and dolomite to replace it. At work, it was investigated whether dolomite with phosphoric acid, seen in the resulting product or is suitable for granulation process, and the use of calcium phosphates for the production of dolomite. Dolomite with phosphoric acid division carried out of the material granulator chassis. Complete analysis of the VTA, phosphorus pentoxide concentrations and pH measurement. Calcium phosphate composition grading depends on the moisture content of the material granulometric. Increasing the moisture content of the material at the same time increasing and (< 2 mm), the content of the group thus decreases quantity of smaller groups. The optimum moisture content of raw materials, in order to get best product of the receipt to the main chassis of the equipment tack, (0,25 – 2 mm) with (3,5 %) moisture. Drawing of calcium phosphate production technology with main equipment drum granulator dryer, material and heat balance calculations for productions of 1 t product, equipment required for technology. Proposed proposals for: safety and health at work, evacuation plan developed; the plan of the building is reviewed, the plan of the plot, the drawings of the building are presented; calculate the financial decisions needed to produce this product; and an environmental assessment of pollution sources was assesmed. Work volume pages 70, work consists of summary, list of pictures and tables, introduction, literature review, methodical part, research results, engineering part, employee safety and health, financial and economic decisions, environmental assessment, conclusions, references, appendixes. The work contains 10 figures and 32 tables.
