Abstract [eng] The currently widely used phosphorus fertilizers are ammonium phosphates. The advancement of science aims to produce ever-cleaner fertilizers, thus avoiding polluting limited areas of arable land with heavy metals. One way is to produce fertilizers by crystallizing them. This produces a high quality product. Technological research carried out in the master's thesis has shown that the upgraded monoammonium phosphate production line can increase the production of fertilizers by maintaining the specified quality by increasing production efficiency. Occupational health and safety assessment, fire safety and occupational health and safety analysis have been carried out. Explosive areas have been identified in the event of explosion and fire hazards. The cost of monoammonium phosphate has been estimated based on financial and economic calculations. The net present value of the project, the efficiency of the investments, and the profitability were evaluated by calculations. After estimating the calculations, an additional 36 ths. Eur profit per year. It is concluded that modernized monoammonium phosphate technology brings greater profits. Environmental impact assessment has been carried out after the environmental assessment of the technology being modernized. Major pollution problems are caused by inadequate emissions to air and household waste that is subsequently recovered.
