Oxetan rings having compounds were began to widely research at the medical chemistry field because of its structure peculiarities that improve pharmacokinetic features of pharmaceutical formations. Molecules that have oxetan fragment are usually characterized by better hydrophilicity, lower lipophilicity and better metabolic stability. Oxetan that is in the molecule often functions as a conformational lock that strengthens the molecule or operates as a hydrogen bond. When preparing final Master‟s degree thesis it was aimed to synthesize compounds of heterocyclic amino acids that have oxetan fragment from commercially accessible 3-oxetanone. Structures of compounds that were obtained during the synthesis were proved with reference to NMR spectral analysis, HRMS spectral analysis and IR spectroscopy. Implementing this synthesis it resulted in S and R enantiomeric compounds which enantiomeric purity was measured based on Cellulose-SB and Amylose-SA chiral chromatography column. Synthesised formations were prepared for further research of cancer activity at growth regulators laboratory, at university of Palacky, Olomouc, Czech Republic. |
