| Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this work is to design and research measurement device dedicated for embedded systems power analysis. Current and voltage measurement methods and similar measurement systems are analyzed in this paper. Developed system structure and measurement methodology as well as prototype was produced. The system consists of one voltage and one current measuring channels. Shunt and feedback ammeters are used in current measurement channel. Measuring ranges: ±5,5 V and ±600 mA. Individual system components research and characteristics measurements were performed. System has been tested with dynamic load, measurement results compared with measurements made with oscilloscope. |
