| Abstract [eng] |
The paper presents a methodology for analyzing alternatives to the routes of electricity transmission network projects and selecting the best matched criteria. Three multi-criteria methods - COPRAS, TOPSIS and MOORA - are used for the study. On the basis of these methods, the methodology for solving the problem is developed. Six main evaluation indicators were identified during the survey - impact on the living environment, impact on cultural heritage sites, impact on protected areas, need for servitude setting, duration of disconnection and construction cost. Expert assessment and calculation results show that the last two indicators are the most important. A practical example has been solved - the chosen alternative to the object under investigation is the most appropriate criterion. |
