"Liepsnelė 20u" model solid fuel boiler selected for the final thesis. A numerical model was created and tested by experimental research. In this work Ansys CFX software package with thermohydrodynamic processes is described. The main characteristics of the improved boiler were determined in the study: flue gas and water temperatures, velocities, pressure losses due to additional heat exchanger in different fluids. The study showed weak areas of an additional heat exchanger such as: low heat transfer coefficient both with water and flue gas. Key conclusions were formulated. |
