Abstract [eng] Literature analysis shows that the plastic used in sour cream cups contributes to the deteriorating ecological situation every day. Ways to reduce pollution have been discussed and decided to make analysis in SolidWorks Sustainability program. Sour cream cup CAD model was designed which strength properties was compared with the real plastic cup. The static compression test was carried out with 200 g and 400 g cups. An analogous test was performed using SolidWorks Simulation. The results obtained during the test showed that although the curves maintain a similar trend there are differences between the real cup and the CAD model. The difference between the theoretical and the real sample for large cups was 3.95% at the time of the first stumbling and 3.9% for the small cups. The actual sample during static compression test is cracked while the theoretical model is compressed evenly without cracks. The proven CAD model undergoes a SolidWorks Sustainability study. Established that the highest environmental impact occurs during the press process using solvent base paints. Press process increasing pollution to 68 % so it was decided to analyze the sour cream cups press process. Using the characteristics provided in the project part the technological process of dry offset printing is designed during which the production area and the number of employees required is calculated. Risk factors have been identified. Quality management system efficiency is ensured by ISO 9001: 2000 standard. Analyzing the environmental friendliness of the press process it has been found that instead of using high pressure washer “Wash-Up Evap A” to reduce the VOC emissions to the environment. VOC emissions can be reduced up to 66 % per year. Economic - financial calculations calculate the cost of a product and estimate the payback time of the project - 1.96 years. The breakthrough point is 428109 units, which shows the amount of production and sales needed to make a business profitable. Conclusions and recommendations are provided at the end of the final project.
