Nowadays, up–to–date learning technologies can be used for employee training, such as creating virtual laboratories, 3D models that are placed in a selected virtual environment, allowing employees to learn at a distance, at a convenient time, in a convenient location. This thesis examines the problem of organizing and conducting the training required for blood testing laboratory, looking for ways to apply advanced training methods, adapting Moodle Cloud’s distance learning environment. Based on the above information, there are problematic questions: How can IT technologies be used to train employees? What are the possibilities of using multi–media, animations and new systematized information in one system for the development of employee competence in the Diagnostic Laboratory. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the Moodle Cloud remote learning environment with structured information and 3D models on the preparation and working of blood analyzers, allowing employees to quickly master the complex information about the operation and functional capabilities of these analyzing machines. Also, create tests that allow you to assess the knowledge and level of excellence of your employees. The main task of this work is the adaptation of remote environment, systematized information and 3D models to facilitate training in this institution. The results of surveys and the development of the Moodle Cloud learning environment testify to the use and use of the remote environment in the blood laboratory \"Diagnostic Laboratory\". |
