News discourse takes an important part in the modern world, as almost every person reads news about the ongoing events and affairs in the whole world. Because of globalisation processes and technological development people can access news anytime, everywhere. Moreover, because of previously mentioned reasons events and affairs ongoing in different countries is presented for the intended readers and generally the news are almost always translated from the sources presented in English or other languages. This discourse is researched from different perpectives for a very long time, but the importance of it grows every day and it is constantly changing as globalisation processes and technological development are influencing this field. The discourse is influencing peoples’ opinions and understanding about the world. |
