The aim of the thesis is to develop and to adapt the model of the Mentorship system for School Girls to study STEAM field studies. The main tasks of the work are: to review the situation of students entering into the STEAM field studies, to review the educational resources of non-formal education related to STEAM sciences, to carry out a study on the School Girls preferences for distance learning and the need for a Mentorship system, to develop a Mentorship system for students to promote technology and motivating to choose STEAM field studies, to implement a Mentorship system and to make a pilot testing, to present conclusions and recommendations. Research methods used in the work: analysis of literature, system model designing, testing, evaluation. The result of this work is a functioning Mentorship system for School Girls who are interested to study the STEAM field studies. |
