At the scientific level, the problematics of strategic solutions of export development is insufficiently analysed and there are shortages of theoretical solutions of modern export development that could be applied in practice. Export development is important for UAB Eoltas because a small Lithuanian market limits the further development of the company. Export development is an opportunity to reduce operational risk for the company, to strengthen its competitiveness. The aim of the thesis is to provide strategic solutions for export development of UAB Eoltas after carrying out the analysis of strategic solutions of export development. Tasks: to carry out the analysis of the problem of export development of UAB Eoltas; to analyse theoretical aspects of export development in the foreign market; to substantiate the methodology of empirical research; to carry out an empirical research and to prepare strategic solutions of export development for UAB Eoltas . The thesis consists of four parts; in the first one, the analysis of the problem is carried out, and the need for export development of “UAB Eoltas is substantiated. The second part analyses the theoretical solutions of export development, reviews the models and methods of export development process, the methods of estimating the company’s export potential and the choice of export markets. At the end of this part, a generalized export development model is prepared. In the third part, the research methodology is prepared. The fourth part is devoted to discussing the results of the research, to choosing the export market and to the modelling and economic substantiation of solutions of export development in it. The results of the work: theoretical analysis of the problem revealed that export development should be carried out systematically by realizing the solutions of the company’s possibilities, by choosing the most suitable export market, as well as by developing the export goals, strategies and marketing complex. After carrying out three studies, after assessing the company’s export potential, it has been found to have the necessary financial and technical export development capabilities, its activities are stable, and its positions in the local market are solid. Thus, the export potential of UAB Eoltas is sufficient. After assessing potential export markets, the German market was identified as the most suitable for export development. Export development solutions are modelled in the fourth part: it is recommended to develop direct export through e-commerce and to set up three customer service centres in major German cities; the locations for setting up of customer service centres are selected and offered; the development 6 solutions of marketing complex and the estimates of their implementation are prepared. The estimate of total export development in the German market is calculated and economic substantiation of investments is carried out. |
