Abstract [eng] Resistance to innovation will continue to be a serious problem for every organization around the world. Although a number of studies have been carried out to identify the key factors driving the consumer's reluctance to innovate, but too little attention is paid to the concept of consumer resistance, it is also emphasized by scientific literature. Given the importance of innovation, innovation adoption and diffusion theories focus on the development of innovation in the market over time, while the theory of innovation resistance focuses on answering why consumers do not want to innovate (Ram, 1989).
