Modern business often faces challenges like law efficiency, processes that are too long, incompetence of employees and managers. Therefore, many companies want to eliminate these barriers and companies try to improve process using different performance improvement techniques.One of those – Lean methods. Lean is a part of the modern, innovative, successful, creating added value business.The main principles which introduce Lean – removal processes that do not create value and continuous improvement. The work aims to reveal Lean impact to process inovations in small enterprices, to show how these methods are important for businesses to innovate. The paper analyzes scientific literature, presents the concept of innovation of Lean methods and processes. |
